Headteacher’s Welcome

A welcome message from our headteacher.

As Head Teacher, I am proud and privileged to extend a very warm welcome to you. All Saints’ is a joyful, exciting family to be a part of! Situated in the beautiful village of Lanchester, our school was originally built in 1905. The building has seen many changes over the years but has always promoted Gospel value at its heart.

Today, we are a thriving, single form entry school with an Early Years Unit that includes a Nursery. As a fully inclusive school, we welcome applications from Catholic and non-Catholic families, all faiths and none.

Both pupils and staff are very proud of our school. We recognise the uniqueness of every member of our school family and strive each day to put our mission statement into practice:

“As unique children of God, we aspire not to have more but to be more.”

Consequently, our children develop into individuals who not only love to learn but who have, and use, Christian values in all aspects of their lives; our pupils are renowned for their impeccable behaviour and good manners.

Our experienced and committed staff provide the children with excellent spiritual, moral, social and cultural guidance while delivering a well-planned curriculum that challenges, excites and enriches. We aspire for each child to recognise their full potential and use their voice and gifts to be positive agents of change in the world.

We love welcoming visitors to our school and would be delighted for you to have a look around and witness the wonderful family we have curated here; if you’d like to take a look, feel free to phone, email or catch one of the staff and we’ll happily organise a visit!

Warm wishes,

Mrs. Frances Stephenson
