EYFS’s Visit to Petite Street

A post in our latest news section.

This half term we have been looking at ‘People Who Help Us’ as part of our topic. Our Early Years children visited Petite Street on Wednesday to further explore different occupations through role play. The children were so excited to take on the various roles including vets, police officers, firefighters and shop keepers. Harriet in Reception said “I loved Petite Street! I liked being the hairdresser the best.” Harlow added, “Me too! I was washing Faye’s hair.” Hal told us “I liked being the policeman catching the bad guys who was stealing stuff.” Everyone had a great time.
