On Wednesday, we welcomed the new Bishop of the Diocese of Hexham and Newcastle to All Saints’ to show him what we are about here! He has been in position for approximately fifteen months and he’s currently visiting all schools within the Diocese. He joined us in the hall for a question-and-answer session where the children learned about his family, his job and his favourite football team. Year Five then led a beautiful Mass for Bishop Stephen which included a lot of wonderful singing and a joyful liturgical dance from Year Two. I think it is safe to say that Bishop Stephen thoroughly enjoyed his time at All Saints’.
